Water stop, waterproof, and drip-proof realized by robots: Sealing Robot System
Equipped with a mixing nozzle, industrial robots can apply coatings to any shape, including three-dimensional and uneven surfaces!
We import technology from Germany that fills various gaps in automotive parts, housing equipment, distribution boards, and more with polyurethane foam, serving the roles of water-stopping, waterproofing, and drip-proofing. By equipping industrial robots with mixing nozzles, we can apply this technology to any shape, including three-dimensional and uneven surfaces. Furthermore, we will introduce technology imported from Germany. This technology involves a recipe that adjusts the hardness and softness of polyurethane foam, as well as the application width, height, and amount to suit the target. We have successfully supplied this technology not only to Daimler, BMW, and Volkswagen but also to Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Opel, Hyundai, Kia, and Tesla. Together with RAMPF, we provide this world-class technology as a robotic system. Additionally, this system is equipped with a plasma device that enhances the adhesion of polyurethane foam. The plasma device is sourced from Plasma Treat, and it is applicable not only to polyurethane foam but also to a wide range of parts and materials that require strong adhesion. Please take a look at the new products from ROSECC, which has nearly 40 years of experience as a robot system integrator.
